Tasting Note
Deep garnet-purple; plum preserves, baked blueberries, mulberries, black cherry, mocha, licorice and cedar. Full-bodied, opulent black/blue fruit, velvety tannins, lively freshness and a long layered finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; vinified in oak tanks; aged 18 months in oak barrels (50% new); indigenous yeasts; consultant Stéphane Derenoncourt; minimal chemical treatments.
