Tasting Note
Deep garnet color; concentrated plum, baked blueberry and mulberry fruit with mocha, licorice, cedar and pencil-lead notes. Full-bodied, velvety tannins, fresh acidity and a long, layered finish.

Production Method
Vinified in oak tanks with indigenous yeasts; tannin extraction tailored by plot; aged ~18 months in oak barrels (about 50% new).
