Tasting Note

Fresh grapefruit and lemon zest with lime blossom, white peach and honeysuckle; saline mineral thread, subtle spice and creamy Sémillon texture. Medium‑full body, vibrant acidity and a long, fresh finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested; pneumatic pressing, cold settling; fermentation in stainless steel and oak; 10 months ageing in barrels and foudres (25% new) with lees stirring.
