Tasting Note
Bright citrus (lemon peel), white peach and pear with guava/pineapple hints, white flowers and beeswax; chalky, saline minerality, lively acidity and a textured, slightly creamy mid-palate with integrated oak and a long, lemony finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; gentle pneumatic pressing and cold settling; fermented and aged ~10 months in foudres and French oak (≈25% new) with regular lees stirring (bâtonnage).
