Tasting Note

Bright citrus (lemon peel), white peach and pear with guava/pineapple hints, white flowers and beeswax; chalky, saline minerality, lively acidity and a textured, slightly creamy mid-palate with integrated oak and a long, lemony finish.


Food Pairing

Western: oysters, scallops, grilled/poached fish, roast chicken, foie gras, goat cheeses. Asian: sushi/sashimi, steamed fish with ginger-soy, miso-marinated sea bass, Thai lemongrass prawns, Cantonese steamed fish.


Production Method

Hand-harvested; gentle pneumatic pressing and cold settling; fermented and aged ~10 months in foudres and French oak (≈25% new) with regular lees stirring (bâtonnage).


Vineyard Info

Cru Classé de Graves with vines since the 13th century; owned and improved by the Perrin family since 1956; large white holdings and certified HVE (environmental stewardship).
