Tasting Note
Ripe red and black fruits (cherry, plum, strawberry), floral and truffle notes with vanilla, sweet spice and chalky minerality; silky texture, medium–full body and a long, refined finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in temperature-controlled vats; matured ~18 months in French oak (≈70% new).
