Tasting Note
Concentrated dark berry and plum fruit with violet, warm spice, truffle earth and graphite. Medium‑full, silky and layered with fine powdery tannins, bright mineral lift and a long, perfumed finish.

Production Method
Organic/biodynamic farming, hand-harvested; fermentation in temperature‑controlled vats with gentle extraction, malolactic conversion, then élevage in French oak barrels (significant portion new) for 12–18 months.
