Tasting Note
Perfumed nose of wild berries, blood orange, rose petals and exotic spice. Medium–full body with concentrated red/black fruit, cedar, tobacco and loamy earth; polished ripe tannins, bright acidity and a long, mineral finish.

Roast lamb, ribeye, beef Wellington, mushroom risotto, truffle dishes; Asian: Peking duck, char siu, soy‑braised beef, Cantonese roasted meats, mushroom or shiitake stir‑fries.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, destemmed and sorted; fermented in temperature-controlled vats with extended maceration; aged ~16–18 months in French oak barrels (significant proportion of new oak).
