Tasting Note
Fresh and citrus-driven with white flowers, loquat, crisp apple and yellow-plum notes; mineral, saline undercurrent. Savoury, slightly unctuous palate with bright acidity and a cleansing bitter finish.

Hand-harvested; low‑pressure pressing; indigenous yeast fermentation in stainless steel; short skin contact and spontaneous malolactic; unoaked, minimal sulfur.
