Tasting Note
Pale citrus with green highlights; aromas of white stone fruit, citrus blossom and tropical notes. Fresh, lively acidity, creamy mid-palate and medium body, finishing with citrus and pear hints.

Production Method
Gentle pneumatic pressing, static clarification, cool fermentation (≈15°C), aged briefly on lees (about 2 months) and bottled for early drinking.
