Tasting Note
Very pale; discreet citrus and tropical fruit aromas, clean and delicate. Lively acidity, lemon-lime, white flowers and subtle mineral notes; light–medium body with a crisp, refreshing finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled white fish, seafood salads, goat cheese, light poultry dishes. Asian: sushi/sashimi, dim sum, mildly spiced Indian dishes, Thai fish curry (milder style).

Production Method
Blend of Dão native varieties; fermented to preserve freshness (stainless steel/neutral vessels), short aging (~2 months) and bottled to retain bright fruit character.
