Tasting Note
Bright red and dark fruit—cherry, plum and raspberry—framed by floral lift, spice and mineral notes; gentle oak, fresh acidity and smooth, slightly chewy tannins with a persistent, savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled steak, roasted lamb, aged cheeses, bbq burgers. Asian: char siu pork, Szechuan-style beef, tandoori chicken, yakitori and richer noodle dishes.

Production Method
Fermented at controlled temperatures (≈26°C), matured six months in French oak barrels; filtered and bottled under DOC Dão regulations.
