Tasting Note
Intense ruby. Aromas of fresh red berries, wild-berry jam, light spice and toasted oak. Palate is fruity, soft, silky and elegant with lively acidity and a medium, harmonious finish.

Food Pairing
Soft cheeses; roasted white meats; oven-roasted and stewed red meats; grilled lamb; Mediterranean dishes. Asian pairings: Chinese stir-fry beef, Peking duck, Indian tandoori or curry, and mildly spiced North African dishes.

Production Method
Total destemming, fermentation ~26°C with prolonged skin maceration; matured about 6 months in French oak barrels.
