Tasting Note
Pale straw with fine persistent perlage. Aromas of white flowers, brioche, stone fruit and citrus. Crisp, mineral palate with pastry and almond notes, lively acidity and a long saline, subtly toasty finish.

Production Method
Metodo Classico: base wines fermented in stainless steel (7 months), second fermentation in bottle, ~25 months sur-lie ageing. Extra Brut dosage (2.5 g/L). Grapes hand-harvested, washed and dried; from certified organic vineyards.
