Tasting Note
Fine persistent mousse; aromas of baked apple, brioche, orange blossom and almond. Palate shows preserved lemon, green apple, chalky minerality and bright acidity with a saline, long finish.

Production Method
Metodo Classico (traditional method). Primary fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel; approx. 25 months on lees; low dosage (Extra Brut ~2.5 g/L); hand-sorted grapes and careful disgorgement.
