Fresh, medium-bodied white with yellow-straw color; aromas of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, acacia honey and light tropical notes; balanced acidity, mineral undertone and a clean, slightly sapid finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; individual-cluster washing and drying; fermentation partly in small oak barrels and partly in stainless steel; aged on lees, blended and bottled with at least six months bottle ageing.
