Tasting Note
Opaque black-fruited Shiraz: concentrated blackberry, plum, dark chocolate, licorice and spice, with vanilla oak and violet lift. Full-bodied, plush texture and rounded, velvety tannins with a long spicy finish.

Food Pairing
Grilled rib‑eye, roast lamb, braised short ribs; Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), spicy Sichuan beef or Korean BBQ.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Shiraz, gentle de-stemming/pressing, extended maceration, malolactic fermentation and ~18 months maturation in French oak before bottling.
