Tasting Note
Bold, spicy rye with vanilla, oak, baking spice, honey and menthol notes; dry, warm palate and a clean, lingering toasted-grain/toffee finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled steak, smoked brisket, BBQ ribs, charcuterie, aged cheddar, dark chocolate. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, spicy Sichuan dishes, yakitori.

Production Method
Sourced mash bill 95% rye / 5% malted barley, distilled at MGP (Indiana), aged in new charred American oak barrels, blended and bottled at 45% ABV.

Bulleit Distilling Co., brand created by Tom Bulleit; now owned by Diageo. Bulleit Rye launched in 2011 and is blended/bottled under the Bulleit label.
