Tasting Note
Rye-forward spice (black pepper, cinnamon) with vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and dried fruit; medium-bodied, dry and satiny finish with lingering baking spice and toffee.

Production Method
High-rye mash bill (approx. 68% corn, 28% rye, 4% malted barley). Fermented, distilled and matured in new charred American oak barrels in Kentucky; blended to house style and bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof).
