Aromas of plum, dark cherry and warm baking spices. Plush red-fruit core, subtle vanilla and clove from oak, soft plush tannins, lively acidity and a long savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested low-yield fruit; fermented and aged 18 months in 70% new French oak; bottled unfiltered and unfined. Small-production (204 cases).
