Tasting Note
Zesty citrus and white-fleshed fruit with wet-stone minerality, light vanilla/oak, and saline undertones. High acidity, medium body, and a long, focused, savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled seabass, seafood risotto, roast chicken, pork loin with apple, aged goat cheese. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, Vietnamese spring rolls, milder Thai curries, Korean grilled fish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes from Dão and Bairrada fermented separately (indigenous yeasts), aged 10–12 months in French oak (mix of new and used 300L barrels), bottled after further maturation.
