Zesty citrus and white-fleshed fruit with wet-stone minerality, light vanilla/oak, and saline undertones. High acidity, medium body, and a long, focused, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes from Dão and Bairrada fermented separately (indigenous yeasts), aged 10–12 months in French oak (mix of new and used 300L barrels), bottled after further maturation.

Historic hotel-winery at the Buçaco (Bussaco) Palace, started by Alexandre de Almeida in 1917; small, long-aged, limited-production wines now made in partnership with Niepoort.
