Tasting Note
Concentrated black cherry, blackberry, violet and lavender with spices, blood orange and cocoa notes; powerful, dense palate with firm dry tannins and a very long, mineral finish.

Production Method
Manual harvest; 30–50% whole clusters, 10–15 days maceration in wooden vats; indigenous yeast fermentation; aged 18–20 months in oak barrels (≈45% new).
