Tasting Note
Juniper-led with bold citrus (fresh orange, lime), candied orange, a whisper of pine and warm spice. Rich, creamy mouthfeel and pronounced seaside freshness, finishing long and zesty.

Grilled seafood (prawns, scallops), oysters, fish & chips, roasted salmon; charcuterie and citrus salads; sushi/sashimi, ceviche, Thai green curry, Vietnamese spring rolls.

Production Method
Redistilled from 100% organic wheat spirit with intensified botanicals (4× juniper, double citrus). Small-batch pot distillation; botanicals include fresh orange and lime peel, coriander seed and milk thistle; rested to marry flavours.
