Tasting Note
Bright citrus-forward gin: juniper lead with fresh orange and lime peel, warm coriander spice and herbal milk-thistle notes; smooth, creamy mouthfeel and a clean, long citrus finish.

Food Pairing
Western: fish and chips, roast chicken, citrus salads, goat cheese, grilled prawns. Asian: sushi and sashimi, Thai green curry, Vietnamese spring rolls, Korean BBQ, light Chinese dim sum.

Production Method
Re-distilled from 100% organic British wheat spirit with juniper, fresh orange and lime peel, locally grown coriander seed and milk thistle in small-batch copper stills; bottles hand-filled, labelled and wax-sealed.
