Tasting Note
Bright red cherry, cranberry and pomegranate with rose petal, forest-floor and subtle baking spice. Silky, medium-bodied with refined, tea-like tannins, lively acidity, saline minerality and a long, savory finish.

Appellation blend fermented largely whole-cluster (not destemmed), cold-soaked, fermented in tank/wood with native/selected yeast and aged in neutral French oak for ~12–18 months.
