Bright citrus, green apple and pear with sea-spray/mineral notes, dried apricot, white flowers and subtle almond/herbal spice; crisp, focused acidity and a persistent, stony finish.

Production Method

Whole-cluster pressed; fermented and aged 12–18 months in neutral Sirugue French oak barriques; minimal intervention, malolactic left to occur naturally for balance.
