Tasting Note

Concentrated blackcurrant, blackberry and plum with violet, cedar, tobacco and subtle graphite. Medium‑full body, firm grainy tannins, fresh acidity and long spicy, tobacco-tinged finish.

Production Method

Parcel selection; fermentations in oak vats/casks; aged ~18 months in French oak barrels with ~70–75% new oak.
