Concentrated blackcurrant and black cherry with violet, tobacco, cedar and graphite; medium‑full, juicy core, tangy acidity and powdery/silky tannins, saline mineral and long elegant finish.

Hand-harvested; parcel-by-parcel fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats; gravity-fed cellar transfers; malolactic fermentation; ~18 months ageing in French oak (≈60% new).
