Fragrant red-black fruits (blackberry, blueberry, blackcurrant) with violet, cedar and subtle spice. Medium-bodied, polished texture, fine-grained tannins and lively acidity, finishing with mineral lift and light tobacco/roasted oak notes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, destemmed, fermented in temperature-controlled vats, matured in French oak (approx. 60% new) for ~12–18 months before bottling.
