Tasting Note
Candied orange, creamy caramel, toffee and dark chocolate layered with gentle peat smoke, maritime salinity, toasted almonds, honeycomb and warm wood spice; rich, polished and long.

Production Method
Distilled at Bowmore pot stills and matured for 18 years in hand-selected American ex-Bourbon and European Oloroso (with some PX finished) sherry casks; small-batch vatting, typically non-chill filtered.

Bowmore, established 1779 on Islay, is one of Scotland’s oldest distilleries. Now part of Beam Suntory, it’s known for a balanced maritime-peat style and expert cask maturation.
