Tasting Note
Bright cherry and ripe strawberry with blackberry, plum, floral potpourri, roasted spice, leather and vanilla. Medium‑to‑full body, velvety tannins and a warm, cocoa/coffee‑tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled lamb chops, BBQ steak, roast pork, chorizo, aged Manchego, lasagna and rich pasta. Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu, spicy Sichuan stir‑fry, ramen with braised pork, teriyaki beef or hearty fried rice.

Production Method
100% Garnacha. Temperature‑controlled fermentation in stainless steel with ~15‑day maceration; aged ~5 months in (mostly) French oak barrels before bottling.

Vineyard Info
Bodegas Borsao originated from the Borja cooperative (founded 1958). Now a leading Campo de Borja producer representing hundreds of growers and modernized with new facilities (completed 2019).
