Tasting Note
Pale straw with fine mousse. Aromas of green apple, lemon zest, brioche, toasted hazelnut and chalky minerality. Creamy, vibrant palate showing citrus, white peach and pastry notes, finishing saline and long.

Western: oysters, lobster, smoked salmon, seared scallops, soft cheeses, roast chicken with cream sauce. Asian: sushi and sashimi, tempura, dim sum, light fish curries, salted edamame.
Production Method
Traditional method (méthode champenoise). Base wines fermented in stainless steel and some oak, malolactic carried out; aged 3–5 years on the lees; disgorged with a low brut dosage (≈6–8 g/L).
