Tasting Note
Juniper-forward with bright lemon-citrus, delicate floral and almond notes, layered spice and pepper; clean, dry finish with a refreshing, slightly peppery tail.

Production Method
Made from neutral grain spirit using vapour-infusion (Carterhead-style) through perforated baskets of botanicals; blended with Lake Vyrnwy water and bottled at market ABV.
