Tasting Note
Golden colour with very fine mousse. Ripe orchard fruit, brioche and toasted nut notes; velvety bubbles, pear and subtle spice leading to a long, savory finish (walnut, toast).

Western: oysters, lobster, shrimp, truffled risotto, roast poultry, aged Parmesan, cured ham. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, prawn dumplings (dim sum), Peking duck, grilled seafood with citrus-soy sauces.

Production Method
Traditional Methode Champenoise; blend of many harvests with majority reserve wines (some aged 7–15 years in magnums); extended lees ageing (≥36 months) and moderate dosage (≈7–8 g/L).
