Tasting Note
Perfumed black and blue fruits, violets and white pepper with olive, cured-meat and espresso notes. Full-bodied, silky and focused with fine-grained tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Partially destemmed with ~60–65% whole-bunch fermentation in concrete, spontaneous yeast fermentation; matured ~18 months in large (2,500L) foudres and 600L demi-muids.
