Tasting Note
Bright, textured Semillon with beeswax, poached pear, lemon zest, jasmine and lanolin notes. Saline minerality, subtle spice, medium–full creamy palate and long savory finish.

Western: grilled or pan-seared prawns, roasted chicken, seafood risotto, goat cheese, butter-poached lobster; Asian: steamed ginger-scallion fish, Malay bobotie, mild Thai fish curries, soy-ginger prawns, Chinese steamed white fish.
Production Method
Whole-bunch pressed; spontaneous fermentation in 225L French oak (70% new) and concrete eggs. Aged 14 months; low‑intervention, old‑vine fruit.
Vineyard Info
Boekenhoutskloof, revived under Marc Kent, sources certified heritage Semillon vines planted 1902, 1936 and 1942 in Franschhoek.
