Tasting Note
Dark cassis, black cherry and boysenberry with cedar, pencil lead, pipe tobacco and Cape fynbos. Fine-grained, powdery tannins, firm acidity and toasted French-oak spice lead to a focused, lingering black-fruit finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, Cote de Boeuf, BBQ brisket, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Cantonese char siu, Szechuan beef, yakiniku, mushroom/umami-rich hot pot.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, fermented with gentle extraction; matured ~18 months in French oak (c.60% new) in barriques; traditional red-winemaking with careful oak integration.
