Tasting Note
Concentrated dark-fruit core of blackberry, black cherry and cassis with cedar, cigar-box and tobacco spice. Medium-full, plush palate with grainy tannins, minty lift and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Cold maceration, fermentation in neutral vessels; barrel malolactic fermentation and maturation in new French oak barriques (≈18 months).
