Tasting Note
Dark cassis, black cherry and plum with graphite, dark chocolate, cedar and mint; medium-full, velvety texture, integrated oak and a long, earthy finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, sorted; cold maceration in concrete, fermented (27–30°C) with pump-overs; natural malolactic in 225L barriques; ~22 months aging (≈60% new French oak).

Historic Franschhoek estate (est. 1776), revived in 1993 under Marc Kent; Boekenhoutskloof produces premium Syrah, Cabernet and Semillon with estate and sourced parcels.
