Tasting Note
Fresh red and black fruit (blackberry, black cherry), floral lift, subtle dark chocolate, cedar and mineral/earthy notes; silky, layered tannins, precise acidity and a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Organically farmed single-vineyard fruit; fermented with indigenous yeasts in open-top oak vats and aged 14–16 months in large (1,200–1,500L) oak foudres.
