Bright cherry and raspberry with violet, dried herbs, licorice and mineral notes. Juicy, chalky mid‑palate, polished firm tannins, medium–full body and a lingering fruit-driven finish.

Organic, hand-harvested grapes; spontaneous fermentation (concrete); aged ~14 months in French foudres and some French/Austrian barriques; lightly filtered.
