Tasting Note
Pale topaz with bright citrus, dried almond, hazelnut and golden raisin notes; saline minerality, subtle spice and a long, refreshing, slightly bitter finish.

Western: salted almonds, smoked salmon, tuna, duck, spicy cheeses, foie gras. Asian: sashimi/sushi, spicy Indian dishes, Szechuan/Thai spicy mains, umami-rich Chinese pork or Peking duck.

Production Method
Fortified white wine aged an average of 10 years in seasoned American oak using the traditional 'Canteiro' heating/ageing system; blended and fined before bottling.
