Tasting Note
Pale, medium-dry Madeira with bright acidity and notes of pear, apricot, baked apple, toasted nuts and buttery undertones; elegant, fresh finish.

Production Method
Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, fortified with grape spirit after ~4 days, estufagem (cyclic heating) for ~3 months, then ~3 years ageing in American oak before blending and bottling.
