Tasting Note
Pale-yellow with green hues. Bright citrus (lemon, grapefruit), white flowers and exotic stone-fruit, with chalky minerality, crisp vibrant acidity, medium–full body and a mouthwatering, mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Western: oysters, shellfish, grilled/roasted fish (salmon), roast chicken with lemon-butter, chèvre/soft cheeses. Asian: sushi and sashimi, steamed white fish with ginger & scallion, Vietnamese spring rolls, light lemongrass/lime Thai dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermentation in temperature-controlled barrels and some stainless steel; aged ~6 months on lees in barrels (50% new) with regular bâtonnage to build texture.

Vineyard Info
Château Lynch-Bages, a Pauillac Grand Cru Classé owned by the Cazes family since 1934. Blanc de Lynch-Bages first produced in 1990 from selected estate parcels on gravel soils.
