Tasting Note
Light golden, fine persistent perlage. Aromas of white peach, apricot, apple, pear, acacia and pastry; soft, enveloping palate with balanced freshness, delicate minerality and a long, harmonious finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Glera from Cartizze hillside. Primary fermentation in stainless steel; secondary Charmat (tank) fermentation to create fine mousse. Minimal oak contact.

Bisol (Bisol1542) family winery since 1542, producing Prosecco from steep Valdobbiadene slopes. Cartizze vineyards sit ~300m altitude on friable, rocky soils across the famed Cartizze crest.
