Bright citrus and stone fruits (lemon, lime, white peach) with flinty wet‑stone minerality, cream, spice and toasted almond/hazelnut. Vibrant acidity, saline lift and a long, focused, precise finish.

Pressed to barrel, small SO2 after press, native (wild) fermentation in French oak; aged ~10–12 months on lees in French barrels (≈35% new); minimal additions, bottled early March.
