Tasting Note
Bright lemon and lime with white flowers, wet stone and toasted hazelnut. Creamy mid-palate, chalky mineral drive, spice and fig notes; vibrant acidity and a long, textured finish.

Production Method
Whole-press juice sent directly to French oak; spontaneous (wild) fermentation after small SO2 addition; ~10 months on lees in French oak (≈25% new); minimal fining/filtration.
