Mineral-driven, focused Chardonnay: lemon, white peach and pear with wet-stone/flint, toasted-nut and pencil-shaving oak, creamy lees texture, bright saline acidity and a long, precise finish.

Production Method
Whole-juice pressed; spontaneous (indigenous) fermentation in French oak; 11–15 months on lees; ~35% new French oak; minimal intervention, low SO2, limited filtration.

Family-owned Bindi estate (Dhillon family) near Gisborne; vines planted from 1988 on quartz-rich soils at ~500m; organic/sustainable practices; tiny production (c.150–250 dozen).
