Tasting Note
Perfumed red cherry, raspberry and ripe strawberry with floral, spice and savory notes. Silky texture, fine tannins, bright acidity and a long, harmonious finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, whole-berry native fermentations in open-top fermenters; pressed to French oak (15 months, ~25–33% new); minimal SO2, no fining, light filtration.
