Tasting Note
Fragrant orange blossom, nectarine stone and lemon zest with subtle cashew nuttiness, flinty minerality and creamy lees. Lean, taut acidity, savoury mid-palate and long saline finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; ~5% whole clusters; native yeast fermentation in French barriques (20–25% new); aged ~11 months on lees with minimal malolactic conversion; light filtration before bottling.

Bindi is a boutique estate in the Macedon Ranges (≈7ha planted). Kostas Rind is a 1.5ha Chardonnay block planted in 1988 on volcanic/quartz-rich soils; low-yield, small-production bottling.
