Tasting Note
Concentrated cherries and red berries with rose, crushed herbs, iron/mineral notes; firm acidity, silky yet powerful tannins, spice and floral depth, long savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested from old vines; natural fermentation (indigenous yeasts) in open-top barrels/tanks with frequent manual punchdowns; malolactic in oak; aged ~18–20 months in barriques/50hl casks.
